Two years ago this month my precious Rosie passed away.
She had suffered so long and so bravely. During the months leading up to
that awful day we had reeled from crisis to crisis as her health rapidly
deteriorated. The days that followed her passing were amongst the worst in
my life.
Now on the 2nd anniversary of her death I want to thank her
for the loving devotion she gave me every day and night of her long sweet
life; for the joy we shared in the garden, frolicking amongst the
flowers; for being my computer-buddy tucked in the chair behind me each
evening and then hustling me to bed when she decreed it was time; for her
marvelous intuition which always told her how I was feeling and how she
should relate to me. Her love and loyalty knew no bounds.

Rosie, we will be together again one day, full time. Wait for
me, my sweet one. In the meantime enjoy your life in the gardens of heaven
with your old mates who've gone before.
