On payment of premium, the policy commences immediately for accident and after 21 days for illness, subject to the acceptance of your application. Exclusions: vaccinations, neutering, inherited/congenital conditions, routine health care, breeding activities, replacement pet, funeral, dental (except for accidents), advertising for lost pets. Full exclusions are detailed in our policy documents. At entry date, if a dog is aged 5 years or over and a cat is aged 7 years or over, an excess of $150 applies to each unrelated claim.
