Pets on the Net              ASB Bank 12 3016 0540961 00

Please put your surname, or your pets name on the ID tag as the "reference" so we can easily match your payment to your email order. Sorry we don't have credit card facilities (too expensive) and no longer accept cheque payments by post.

If for some reason you should cancel your paid order prior to the tags being engraved we will reimburse you less our costs incurred ie) cost of electronic funds transfer or cheque back to you and any toll calls made to you prior to cancellation. If the tags have already been engraved no reimbursement will be made.

Thank you! Each tag you buy helps support petsonthenet.co.nz's free service for lost & found pets.

It also hugely increases the chance of your pet being identified sooner and coming home faster if he or she is lost.

How to make your own temporary tag
While you are waiting for your tags to arrive, here is a basic but effective "temporary tag" you can easily make straightaway to make sure your pets have some type of ID tag on at least...

A temporary free pet ID tag made from an icecream container and a plaster...- Take the lid of an icecream container, preferably white or light colour
- Stick a plaster on the back (unprinted) side
- Write the critical info on the centre of the plaster in
permanent pen
preferably, or ballpoint pen. There's not much space, so just put the
important stuff like your phone number
- Cut around the plaster in a circle using scissors so that the details on
the plaster are in the middle of your tag
- Using a compass, or your best steak knife etc carefully make a little hole
  at the top.
- Find one of those twisty ties lurking in the back of the drawer and
attach through the hole to the collar.

Definitely not flash, but it does the trick! (if you don't use a plaster, the writing rubs off really easily, even with
permanent pen...)
