Absolutely Precious Paws are qualified, experienced New Zealand wide pet sitters or pet minders and vet nurses. Some of the pet minders offer dog boarding in their homes. In Tauranga there are 6 different outside areas and 6 different inside rooms, one a queen bedroom, as well as a lounge area. Your dog can be by him or herself or with other dogs, depending on his or her socialisation skills.

At Te Amo Kennels we treat your pets as if they were our own - providing care without compromise. We place a very high importance on your dog’s mental and physical health and well being, this is why we limit our guests to 12 at any one time

Located in a beautiful quiet rural setting in West Auckland, our individual kennels are insulated and comfortable, painted with environment choice certification paints. If your family has two dogs we offer the option of housing them together in our double units.

Dogs are walked three times a day, with walks varied between paddock, bush and stream for mental stimulation

Te Amo cares for your dog from puppy to senior citizen, offering a flexible home away from home in a clean, safe environment with regular human companionship.

Your dog is in expert hands with proprietor Samantha Cross who has a genuine love of dogs. Samantha has a wealth of canine knowledge as a breeder, a successful breed show competitor, coordinating dog rescue and as an Animal Control Officer and "Dog and Owner" Training Instructor. So she knows her stuff!
 
Training is available for puppy and/or new dog owners at your place or ours. Do you know your rights and responsibilities as a dog owner? Just ask Samantha.

At Te Amo, a complete range of dog food ensures your pets needs are catered for. Samantha says "We believe keeping dogs as close to their natural diet is preferable. We feed chicken, mince, Mighty Mix and bones. However you are welcome to bring your own food if your dog has special dietary needs. We ensure the most fussiest of eaters is well fed."

A vet is on call 24 hours a day. Extra services are also available such as dog washing and grooming, training and text or email updates.
